By accessing or using Baho Health Zone (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

Baho Health Zone is an online platform that provides health education, interactive quizzes, access to verified mentors and professionals, and job opportunities in the health sector. We are not a medical provider — all information is for educational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Impersonating healthcare professionals or providing false medical information is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination and legal action.

4. User Content & Conduct

You may not post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Baho Health Zone is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to medical decisions based on information obtained here.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, without notice.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kigali.
